I also love to program and work with computers. My graduate advisor is Dr. John Knox. My story started when I was around 3 years old when I recieved the book "Do Tornadoes Really Twist" for my birthday. I was instantly hooked (pun fully intended) on meteorology. I come from a small town in southwest Georgia (Worth County) known as Sylvester. My interests include tropical cyclones, tornadoes, and severe weather. I am also a well-versed radar meteorologist and modeler and love using computers to their full potential when predicting the future states of our atmosphere. I really enjoy data science as well and work with massive datasets to find patterns and other interesting properties. In my free time, I enjoy biking, photography, and flying my drone. I also spend a lot of time watching videos and documentaries about weather events around the world. I also enjoy Minecraft and No Man's Sky.
