Ph.D. Degree

Our Ph.D. program requires 32 credit hours that includes both departmental and elective coursework. Doctoral students must pass a comprehensive exam and complete a dissertation project. for a student entering our program with an M.A. or M.S. degree, it normally takes four years to complete the Ph.D. program.
